What we collect

• Account: your name and email, and the password you set (stored by our sign-in system only as a salted hash).
• Billing: business name, address, state, PIN code, mobile number, GSTIN and PAN if you give them, used to issue GST invoices.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount and status. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, time, page) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How we use it

To run your account, take payment, issue invoices, send service emails (account setup, receipts, renewal reminders) and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing email.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services (hosting, Mumbai region), Razorpay (payments) and Zoho (email delivery). Invoices must be kept for the period required by Indian tax law.

Your choices

Email tripsync@pinecoder.in to access, correct or delete your information. We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

We use one essential, first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
