1. The service

TripSync is a private web service. Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up. TripSync is an independent product.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Each account is for one business. You are responsible for the bids and decisions you make using the service.

3. Price and payment

The price for each access period is shown at checkout, inclusive of GST, in Indian rupees, and is paid through Razorpay. TripSync is sold to customers in India only. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; renewing adds a new period on top of any days remaining. A GST invoice is issued for each payment.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or share your access with other businesses. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or missed bids.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Indian law applies, with courts at our place of business having jurisdiction.
